Watercress Smoothie
Make a supply for several days with this easy recipe. You can freeze it, too!
1 bunch watercress
1 pound frozen mango chunks
1 quart apple juice
Trim the ends of the watercress (about an inch or two) and remove any thick stems. Put everything into a blender and liquefy. Depending on the size of your blender cup, divvy up the ingredients into smaller batches.
